Eleven years ago, I came to Hong Kong to embark on a new chapter in my life—family-hood. Back then, I was expecting and out of work at the same time. I was at the brink of boredom and to be somehow productive and do what I love, I started a personal blog in 2010. It was where I wrote random topics on marriage, family, my wedding to parenting, makeup, and cooking. It was a sort of a diversion and a journal as I was going through a new phase in my life.
This time, I thought I could write on a more professional level and share what I’ve learned and still learning throughout my career.
I would say I’m a well-rounded professional with over 14 years of experience. I have been very fortunate to have worked for companies that are leading in their respective industries. Not to mention that I was in a position to work with outstanding and influential leaders that made me learn valuable insights from the roles I have held.
Recently, I’ve decided to take a turn in my career in business development and pursue a path in marketing.
I now sit as a marketing and business development manager at a law firm in Hong Kong. It’s an exciting role and as I make strides in implementing strategies that actually gain tangible results, I hope to share, yet again, my journey.
And in this space, I will share broadly about digital marketing and business development tactics to give you some insights and tips. In no way I am claiming that I am an expert in these areas, but I will write them as I experience it, as I learn from it, and as I hopefully succeed on it and produce tangible and measurable results.
Hope you watch this space.
